On the occasion of International Women’s Day – 8 March –Irene Ohler, leadership development specialist, coach, storyteller and founder of Lightpath Leadership, in partnership with AmCham Vietnam, will invite on the Women’s Month of March, a range of guests active in this space to share their motivation, challenges and the impact they want to see in Vietnam through advancing gender equality and women leadership to create a ‘Sustainable Vietnam’.

In the third conversation, we are delighted to welcome Paul Huynh, Head of People, Performance & Culture at KPMG in Asia Pacific.

About Paul Huynh

Paul is a passionate supporter, and advocate for Inclusion and Diversity. He is responsible for management of the PPC Group (People, Performance, and Culture) across KPMG in Asia Pacific, which encompasses 12 countries including Australia, Vietnam & Cambodia.

In his current role, he is responsible for working with the senior leadership team to drive all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Organisation Design & Development, Employee Engagement and Learning & Development. He has been with KPMG for 11 years and possesses over 17 years of professional experience working with large global companies within Australia, Vietnam and Asia Pacific.
