AmCham Vietnam is committed to diversity and inclusion as a key part of our Core Values.
Our Board Members and Committee Leaders reflect that diversity. Five of the nine board members just elected to our 2021-23 Board are women.
We established our Women in Leadership Committee (WIL) to provide women and their supporters with the skills to enhance women participation in positions of leadership in AmCham, their workplaces, and the broader community in Vietnam.
We are delighted to partner with WIL Committee Co-Chair Irene Ohler of Lightpath Consulting and Sustainable Vietnam on this series of important conversations about women’s empowerment and share insights on how to more fully tap into the talent of women in Vietnam.
