Lightpath Leadership on Sustainable Vietnam: Conversations on Women Empowerment and Leadership – 

On the occasion of International Women’s Day – 8 March –Irene Ohler, leadership development specialist, coach, storyteller and founder of Lightpath Leadership in partnership with AmCham Vietnam, will invite on the Women’s Month of March, a range of guests active in this space to share their motivation, challenges and the impact they want to see in Vietnam through advancing gender equality and women leadership to create a ‘Sustainable Vietnam’.

In the second conversation, we are delighted to welcome Huong Dang, Director of Partnerships and Strategy of KOTO and Founder and CEO of HopeBox.

About Huong Dang 

Huong works at KOTO as Director of Partnerships and Strategy. KOTO is a social enterprise that provides a holistic training program to street kids and disadvantaged youth.

From a humble beginning as a street kid, Huong made her way to Melbourne via a scholarship and was honored as Victoria’s International Student of the Year with a $20,000 scholarship. Huong completed a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Her rich experience and passion include social entrepreneurship, fundraising, grants, marketing and communication, business analyst, hospitality and higher education.

Huong founded HopeBox in 2018, a social enterprise that creates jobs for women who are victims of gender-based violence.
